Instructions

Storage: Keep Frozen

Cooking Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

 

Microwave Oven: Only use defrost mode for cooking.
Do not defrost separately prior to cooking. Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Kafta Kabab on a round plate and cook for 7-9 minutes. Halfway through, rearrange pieces (move pieces at plate edge to centre, and from centre to plate edge) and continue cooking for remaining time.
OR
Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to cooking.
Preheat a lightly oil pan. Fry thawed Kafta Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through cooking.

Once thawed or cooked, and if you intend to comsume product within 2 days, it can be stored in refrigerator below 40°F. Avoid refreezing thawed or cooked product.
